Banana Choc Chip Loaf

– 1.5 cups smashed banana

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 1/4 cup macadamia butter

– 2 eggs

– 1/2 cup coconut flour

– 3/4 tsp baking soda

– 1/2 cup @natvialiving brown sugar alternative

– 1/2 tsp cinnamon

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/2 cup @noshufoods choc chips



Preheat oven to 170c

With electric mixer, combine banana, vanilla, macadamia butter.

Add eggs. Combine. Add coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt. Fold in choc chips.

Bake for 25-mins
